I offer one-on-one counseling, women’s groups, and healing workshops that dive deep into the roots of your story... especially the dynamics between mothers and daughters.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment theory. We don’t just talk about what’s not working, we explore why, gently and compassionately.
